Blazor Visual studio starting issues.

I am very new to using blazor so I followed the tutorial. However after installing, creating a new project and selecting blazor web assembly as my template, I keep ending up with the result screenshotted below. I am not sure why it is not using the template and creating more like what I have seen in the examples. It seems it is not creating the project fully for some reason. Any help is greatly appreciated.
