Core dumped happened at ubuntu22.04

Problem encountered on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/zh-cn/learn/dotnet/hello-world-tutorial/create

i installed the snap .NET at terminal, then want to create a simple app with command "dotnet console " however it just return core dumped to me in terminal window.
i don't know what happened! please help me with the method to solved it
