Description
Problem encountered on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/learn/aspnet/microservice-tutorial/docker-file
Operating System: windows
Trying to get Docker for Windows installed. It said I needed WLS 2.0 and a Linux Kernel installation. I followed the links which indicated I need to install a flavor of Linux from the Microsoft Store. I chose the latest Ubuntu install (20.04 as of now). When I clicked on Install, I immediately got an error:

I found an MS support article on resetting the Microsoft Store app, and followed each suggested step. Still seeing the error.
Is this a known issue with the Ubuntu 20.04 installer? Or is it possible there is a policy on my company workstation preventing installs from the Store? Trying to sort out the root cause.
Please advise. Thanks for any help.
