Issue syncing repo from https://packages.microsoft.com/centos/7/prod/

Not sure if this is the correct place to file a ticket but I am having an issue syncing the repository found at https://packages.microsoft.com/centos/7/prod/ locally.

error that I am getting is:

Malformed repository: metadata is missing for some packages in filelists.xml and
in other.xml

Seems to be related to an issue on the repo side, usually a duplicate package.

If this isn't the correct place to file the ticket, if someone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
