There is an error during FTP Publishing (550)

Thank you for read this issue. I have a question for Publishing in dotnet core web project.

There is an error during FTP Publishing. Its error code is 550.

If I try FTP Publishing while some users refresh target homepage, Publishing have stopped continuously.

Also, I am using FileZilla FTP Server.

You can see the error in the upper picture.

I want to do FTP Publishing and Servicing target homepage simultaneously.

Can I have the solution for this error?
