cannot uninstall sdk 10.0.100-rc.1.25451.107 - it's not even listed

When i'm doing dotnet --info, i get this result:

which corresponds to the folder structure:

sadly, the rc sdk isn't shown as uninstallable, neither in control panel nor the new Settings:

So i installed and ran `dotnet-core-uninstall` but the sdk isn't listed:

trying to forcefully uninstall it didn't work either

any help uninstalling this will be appreciated, thank you :-)
