Description

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

All visible and ARIA text is hardcoded English, while emoji and inline SVG strings are used inconsistently as controls and statuses.

### Describe the solution you'd like

Move built-in strings to the repository-approved localization mechanism or parameterized text contract, and provide a coherent overridable SVG icon set whose decorative content is hidden from assistive technology.

### Additional context

Leaf task for #68227 requirements A4-A5.
