Apps can supply a `RichTextNode` tree, but the library ignores it and the override granularity for node rendering is unresolved.
### Describe the solution you'd like
Design and review the node-rendering contract, including supported node kinds and whether apps override individual kinds, the whole renderer, or both. The design must support safe links, code blocks, media nodes, citations, and incremental streaming.
