Blazor WASM with fingerprinting enabled will make blazor.webassembly.{..}.js point to dotnet.js in error

### Describe the bug

I'm using .Net 10 and I have enabled asset fingerprinting, I can see it is generating the files correctly when publishing but the content of blazor.webassembly.{fingerprint}.js is incorrectly referencing dotnet.js instead of dotnet.{fingerprint}.js and breaking the application.

### Expected Behavior

I expect that when fingerprinting is enabled all references within the generated files would point to the fingerprinted files.

### Steps To Reproduce

* Create a new project
* Replace the blazor.webassembly.js with blazor.webassembly#[.{fingerprint}].js
* Add the following config to the csproj: `true`
* Publish

Try to run the application to see the error or just open the generated blazor.webassembly.{fingerprint}.js file and look for dotnet.js
