When Blazor SSR with WASM hydration is used, and there is a clickable element in the page, there is a noticeable delay between when the element does not register clicks, which leads to a bad user experience.
### Describe the solution you'd like
Implement an event replay functionality, which records click events in javascript between the SSR -> WASM hydration phase, and then executes them once WASM has started.
### Additional context
Angular 19 just released this feature (called "Event replay"), maybe you can get some inspiration from there.
