Description
I would like to see UserManager.GetValidTwoFactorProvidersAsync return more detail about the providers so that in the select list we can easily show an obfuscated version of where the message will be delivered.
I.e.
Email (txxxxxt@outlook.com)
Text (xxx-xxx-5555)
