Add glb file extension to known content types

The GLB file extension type is not recognised out-of-the-box via the `FileExtensionContentTypeProvider` for serving animation files as a static files.

### Describe the solution you'd like

Include the *.glb extension in `FileExtensionContentTypeProvider` as a known content-type.
