Description
It would be helpful if we made the source for the [QuickGrid samples site](https://aka.ms/blazor/quickgrid) public. The site shows some useful patterns, like integrating with Tailwind, static prerendering, auto deployment, etc.
Before we make the repo public it needs some cleanup: Add a readme, add an appropriate license, etc.
