`dotnet counters` and `dotnet monitor` do not report asp.net request duration metrics
### Describe the solution you'd like
Running `dotnet counters monitor` would include some sort of `Request Duration` metric(s) as part of the Microsoft.AspNetCore.Hosting counters.
