Pcs Work item duration in grafana is not true to life

Description
The chart that's showing PCS work item duration is currently saying the maximum workitem length in the last month is less than a minute.
This is not true tho, I just triggered an item and it took 7 min to complete.
We should look at why this is happening, we might be misscalculating how we log workitem duration in our service
