Please add a favorites page for maestro codeflows/subscriptions

Goal:
An engineering team wants to monitor forward, backward, and arcade codeflow across multiple repos and branches (unit of ownership ~repo). Having a single webpage means that can list the repos they are interested in, which is bookmarkable, which can be embedded in a dashboard elsewhere, could reduce the toil and possibility of leaving PRs open for excessive amounts of time.
