Description
The subscription dashboard shows current flow PR, if available, but when code flow is blocked on official build not working or other issue, it is not clear how to find out what the problem is.
Triggering subscription fails with message without details:
It'd be useful to
1) include links to all builds relevant to the flow
2) include detailed error message
