.NET November 2025 Updates

On November 11, 2025, we released .NET 10.0.0 GA, .NET 9.0.11, .NET 8.0.22 updates.

Also, on November 19, 2025 we released [.NET SDK 9.0.308](https://github.com/dotnet/core/blob/main/release-notes/9.0/9.0.11/9.0.308.md) as an SDK Only update, correcting an issue in .NET SDK 9.0.307 on windows where projects that use MSBuild tasks fail with `error MSB4216`.
