Description
First of all please don't close this or turn this into a discussion.
It is indeed a problem with silk.net
For example this is raylib_cs which uses glfw and runs fine...
See my older issue which was prematurely closed and turned into a discussion...
https://github.com/dotnet/Silk.NET/issues/2599#event-28139062189
I posted more info there which had absolutely no discussion about it before closing the issue.
Issues have a chat system so we can discuss it there instead of just closing the issue.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Silk.NET window failure described in the issue and compare it with the working raylib_cs example using GLFW. The issue does not name a source file, test, platform, or exact failure, so gather those details before locating the relevant window entry point. Done means the reported Silk.NET window works in the affected setup.
