Description

# Summary of feature

Please consider refreshing the Silk.NET Vulkan bindings against a recent Khronos Vulkan registry and publishing an updated NuGet package when possible.

I understand that Silk.NET 2.x is currently in maintenance mode and that maintainer time is limited, so this is only a request if it fits within the current maintenance scope.

One concrete API addition that would be useful for downstream projects is the recently ratified `VK_EXT_descriptor_heap` extension:

# Does this have a proposal?

I do not think a Silk.NET proposal is needed for this request, since this is not asking for a breaking API design change. The request is for a generated Vulkan bindings refresh based on the upstream Khronos Vulkan registry.

Research direction

The issue names the upstream Khronos Vulkan registry and the VK_EXT_descriptor_heap reference; start by checking the registry and extension specification for the current definitions. Done means the generated Silk.NET Vulkan bindings reflect the refresh and an updated NuGet package is published.
