Description
Log the whole [exception chain](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.exception.innerexception) when an [Exception](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.exception) gets caught by a program.
Include the full exception message and stack trace for any exception you encounter.
