How to add a string into the resource?

I am disappointed with how to add a new string into my resource.
I was looking for a shortcut or command and spent an hour to figure it out.

Please help with it or add it to the documentation as I can see it exists somewhere (https://github.com/dotnet/ResXResourceManager/issues/89) but I have no idea what the shortcut is.
