Description
Translations often add an exclamation point when it didn't exist in neutral string.
the previous issue https://github.com/tom-englert/ResXResourceManager/issues/280 just dismissed it as not our problem.

If checked, when the exclamation point doesn't exist in the original neutral string, remove those from the translation, and only if it's the last character.
This would make it so the user doesn't have to delete it from every translation when needed.
