Merge Fiddler components into shared decoder dll

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The fiddler plugin and kdecode tool use similar but different implementations of the treeview bits to display messages. Both implementations serve the same purpose so they should be implemented once.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Merge fiddler UI bits into kdecode and have fiddler call into that instead.
