Description
Our [generated values](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ef/core/modeling/generated-properties?tabs=data-annotations) docs don't mention client-side value generation in any way (HasValueGenerator), add a section on this.
Clarify that this only works for adding, not updating.
