Samples directory structure

Xamarin and WPF projects are adding their own solution file in respective folder.
In a way it is useful so that people don't have to get all of our samples in order to play with particular platform. Perhaps Getting Started guides special enough to be stand-alone.
In the side-effect these samples does not get built with PR so we may need to do some work here.
