Missing licences for EF5 and back

Currently the license links of some of the packages in nuget.org lead to 404.

I once did recover all the license files but never found the time to convert them to markdown to add them to the docs under the existing licenses sections. Here they are attached.

Also there are fwlinks that need updating.
