On the `ISecretsOperations` interface we need to add and implement `UpdateAsync`.
I think `Update a Secret` is first available in [**Secret/operation/SecretUpdate**](https://docs.docker.com/engine/api/v1.26/#tag/Secret/operation/SecretUpdate)
