`Docker.DotNet.Models.Config` does not contain `HostConfig` or `NetworkingConfig` members

In theory, I should be able to deserialize any valid [Docker JSON ContainerCreate string](https://docs.docker.com/engine/api/v1.25/#operation/ContainerCreate) into a `Config` object and use it to construct a `CreateContainerParameters` object. However, I lose the `HostConfig` and `NetworkingConfig` parameters when I deserialize into the `Config` object.
