[Feature Request] Support multiple prefixes

Please add support for multiple -p & -tp prefixes as some libraries have multiple prefixes in different files

Start by locating the command-line handling for the -p and -tp options and read how a single prefix is currently processed. The work is done when multiple prefixes can be supplied for libraries whose prefixes are defined across different files; the issue does not identify a specific file or test to run.
