Description
Review all suggested GUID replacements in PR's like this one:
https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/iis-docs/pull/1128.
It looks like article GUID and COM ID's were relplaced as false positives. verify and add any excptions to the allow list if needed (or whatever mechinism is being used) and revert.
