Update libman-vs.md - Remove mention to lodash.json

### Description

Mention of lodash.json should be removed.

In LibMan, the libman.json file is the configuration file for libraries; when you add packages (such as lodash), you're referencing their version and source, but you do not use a separate lodash.json file. There is no "lodash.json" involved in LibMan workflows.
Removing this mention eliminates potential confusion and aligns the documentation with how LibMan is designed and used in Visual Studio.

lodash.json is not one of the object literals included within the libman.json 'libraries' element.

Verfify if it would be within scope of this topic to show how to use it within VS.
