Container: curation effort for aspnetdocs

Curate at least 30 articles from the aspnetdocs repo:
Review and apply the approval process.
Rick-Anderson and Tdykstra intend to suggest some branches in the TOC to archive which we will spread over several sprints.

- Drop the content into this archive pr (please look it over to verify it is OK to keep adding to) that was already set up for us at one point in ADO:

- Figure out where it should go and how it should be displayed in that collection.
- Update the TOC so it is live as an archived version.
- Delete the original in the aspnet.docs repo
- Update the aspnet.docs TOC.
- Verify any forwarding I need to do.

First time I am doing this, I am allowing for a bit of time to get up to speed on the process.

As a starting point, in addition to what is suggested by others on the team:

From the content engagement report
Filters set to
Repo = aspnetdocs
Pageviews = 1

**Remember to verify the content-curation tag is set in ADO for tracking this issue.** It should auto set through reQuest but verify the generated ADO issue has the tag anyway.

These were other candidates to look into below but they are a lower priority than the VS 2012 node content suggested above:

There were also more video pages that may had video moved that are 404. Look through each to see if the videos can be found. If not consider as a candidate for curation. If the video can be found create a new issue for fixing them all at once.
