OutOfProcess Hosting Model Documentation

Feedback: The "_Enable the IISIntegration components_" part is somewhat confusing (at least to me), since in .NET 7.0 a minimal API default project only has the `CreateBuilder()` call. And i am not sure, if even the mentioned `CreateDefaultBuilder()` is "old stuff" or still actual, if you dive deep enough into it.
