Description
This doesn't work b/c I get the error 'CS0029 Cannot implicitly convert type 'Microsoft.Owin.Security.Interop.AspNetTicketDataFormat' to 'Microsoft.Owin.Security.DataHandler.TicketDataFormat'. Even if it did work, it relies on a deprecated preview version of Microsoft.Owin.Security.Interop
