Tutorial: Create a gRPC client and server in ASP.NET Core - Use Tooling to add Client Proto

In the dotnextconf 2021 demo they demonstrated adding the the greet.proto to the client app using tooling (Dependencies\Manage Connected Services).
I recommend the article be updated to use this tooling rather than having to manually add NuGet packages and copying the proto file.
