Host ASP.NET Core on Linux with Apache is not up to date.

I've hit this twice and found that my config (ubuntu 20.8 / Apache 2 on Lightsail) does not match this doc. I'm new to the Linux world so may be missing something, usually these MS docs run like clockwork.
