No command display for Mac users in VSC version of Razor pages tutorial

For the VSC version, it does not show what the command display will be for those on Mac when running the `dotnet dev-certs https –trust` command. It only shows the display prompt for those on Windows.

**Suggestion**: Could we add a screenshot for the keychain certificate for those on a Mac or provide instructions for Mac users to check where the certificate is in keychain to ensure that the command worked?
