Java SignalR Docs Refer to Very Old Version

The SignalR Java Client docs refer to `com.microsoft.signalr:signalr:1.0.0`. The latest release version of the package appears to be `com.microsoft.signalr:signalr:3.1.5`.

Given the package is so far out of date, is the rest of the documentation invalid? For instance, does the latest client implement transport fallback?
