Introduce a way to measure satisfaction with article discovery

We've heard a lot of feedback about customers having trouble to find specific content.
To improve the navigation and search experience we should try to measure satisfaction of each article's/page's discoverability.
Some survey similar to current `Was this content helpful?` survey can be placed on each page to help us measure this.
