Description
When I go to the Service Connections in the Rx.NET project at https://dev.azure.com/dotnet/Rx.NET/_settings/adminservices I see this message:
Azure DevOps is ending support for AzDO issuer workload identity federation service connections. Update your AzDO issuer service connection to use the Entra issuer instead.
This applies to the Rx.NET Sign Service Connection which was originally created by @ChrisSfanos and it's how we are able to perform code signing on Rx.NET releases.
Although there is an Update button on that page, I'm reluctant to just click it—since I didn't create this service connection in the first place, I'm not sure if I'll be allowed to modify it in the way that is required either. I don't want to break code signing, so I thought I should ask how best to handle this.
