Agenda Items:
Emma Irwin was our guest speaker from the Microsoft Open Source Program Office
She challenged the group to think of proactive ways to support our maintainers.

Glenn Watson:
Signing Certificate Requirements
The group agreed to the slide shown, Glenn will be moving forward with the process with the help of the Board Members

Maintainers Town Hall - October 20th on Discord
Glenn will open an issue

Review of Project Applications:

This project has been recommended to the board for approval at the next meeting

395 Betalgo.OpenAI
This project has been recommended to the board for their review at the next meeting

Project Spotlight Requests:
New Seed Project - FluentCMS
This request will be transferred to the Outreach committee to connect with the maintainer

Project Support Requests:
ResXResourceManager
Chris Sfanos has been in contact with the project maintainer

Seed Projects:
The group will start to review these applications after 6 months of being in the seed category.

Community Items:
Meetup Network - Inactive groups will be given 60 days to have an event, or they will be considered abandoned and removed from sponsorship in our network.
