We accidentally shipped an issue without noticing as we only tested codegen in an environment where all dependencies where available through hosting.
### Describe the solution you'd like
It might make sense to have an additional test suite that tests codegen/cli from scratch in a new folder/context without access to hoisted node_modules.

Use pnpm
