I think we need one more paragraph about how to use evergreen tracks in a SDLC type way to ensure that evergreen does not break your production implementations?

Add or rework the existing evergreen tracks documentation so that, as a user of dotCMS I can read it almost like a mini tutorial for how to setup to mitigate the types of risks that drove us to implement this in the first place
