Modernization: rolling bucket for small feedback items on migrated portlets

Description

Umbrella / tracking Epic to collect, triage, and resolve small feedback items reported against Angular portlets already migrated under the Modernization initiative.

Individual reports (bugs, UX polish, minor enhancements) are attached as sub-issues. This Epic exists so those items are visible in one place and not lost when they are too small to justify a standalone Epic.

In scope

• UX polish, minor bugs, and small enhancements against migrated Angular portlets, e.g.:
  • dot-tags
  • dot-query-tool
  • dot-es-search
  • dot-velocity-playground
  • dot-publishing-queue
  • dot-locales
  • dot-categories
  • dot-plugins
• Items reported via Slack, standups, ad-hoc user feedback, or QA passes.

Out of scope

• Full portlet migrations (each tracked in its own Epic).
• Architectural / platform-level Modernization work (Angular / PrimeNG upgrades, build/test tooling).

Desired Outcome

• Every small feedback item against a migrated portlet has a corresponding sub-issue attached here.
• The sub-issue list is triaged regularly and drained over time.
• No Modernization feedback is silently dropped or forgotten between releases.
