Description

Problem Statement

I tested on the lastest Evergreen 26.04.28-02

After upgrade, existing templates are not editable and produce the following error in the log: https://gist.github.com/DeanGonzalez/8eee86d5da531689d97b4d7c0b7d2dac

Steps to Reproduce

https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5ac724fc-11d0-45a6-bfa6-a850528144ce

  1. On an upgraded environment with older existing theme based templates, go to an existing theme based template and edit it
  2. Drag a new row to the body of the template and wait.... the editor will spin and then generate the error

Start by reproducing the failure in an upgraded environment with an existing theme-based template, following the listed steps and reviewing the linked error log. Verify the fix by exercising all basic CRUD operations while editing theme-based templates, including dragging a new row into the body without the editor hanging.
