Problem Statement
I tested on the lastest Evergreen 26.04.28-02

Steps to Reproduce

- On an upgraded environment with older existing theme based templates, go to an existing theme based template and edit it
- Drag a new row to the body of the template and wait.... the editor will spin and then generate the error
Acceptance Criteria
All basic crud operations for templates should be available when editing theme based templates
