Lock icon does not indicate locked state in content browser

Problem Statement
The lock icon no longer visually distinguishes locked content in the content browser. In previous versions, the icon would become bold/highlighted when content was locked. This behaviour has regressed and the icon remains unhighlighted regardless of lock state.

- Navigate to the content browser
- Select a piece of content and open it in edit mode
- Lock the content
- Close the window
