Description
Problem Statement
When a user navigates into a specific workflow within the Workflow portlet, clicking the Workflow portlet again fails to return them to the workflows list. the view remains stuck on the currently open workflow. The only way to get back to the list is by switching to another portlet first and then returning to the Workflow portlet.

Acceptance Criteria
Expected Behavior:
While being inside a workflow (eg:System workflow, Blog workflow) clicking on the Workflow portlet should reset the view and display the full list of workflows.
