Description
Problem Statement
When editing an existing workflow, and then wanting to edit another workflow, there is no UI method for simply going back into the Workflow listing. You either need to use the browsers back button, or navigate to another portlet and then back to the Workflow portlet.

Acceptance Criteria
Some form of back to Workflow Listing button, whether that be just setting the title "Workflows" to go back to the main list, or have a "Ok" or "Save" button on the Workflow Step screen.
