Problem

User wants to be able to collaborate on items like files, folders, content items and images, at the moment, the new edit content shows a commenting side panel where the user can see a list of comments different users have left, such commenting panel should also be accessible from the listing view when a user selects a content item but also when they select a folder or a file (debatable - maybe we just enable for content items to begin with).

Goal

Let user find a commenting side panel for every object in the system.

Open content drive
Select a content item
open side panel if not open already
open commenting tab
show comment history
leave a new comment
select a folder or file,
show commenting history for that object in the side panel

Start by examining the existing commenting side panel in the new edit-content view and the Content Drive listing flow. Clarify which object types are supported first, then define how comment history and new comments should work when selecting content items, folders, or files. Done means the behavior and acceptance criteria are agreed for each supported object type.
